PENNY COOK, MSW

For over 30 years, Penny has been a student of culture through her work as a social worker, advocate, educator and leader. She most recently served as Chief Culture Officer for Center for Innovation after leading Pioneer Network, the umbrella organization for the culture change movement, to form an alliance with The Green House Project. Penny was the President and CEO of Pioneer Network for 5 years preceding the merger.
